Business Innovationist™ Dawn Harry, M.Ed., CPCC, is a Leadership and Team Coach. Her areas of specialty include Leadership Development, Organization and Relationship Systems, and Social/Emotional Intelligence. Dawn works with clients in the corporate, non-profit, and education sectors to create clear and compelling visions of what they want to achieve, strategic plans for how to get there, and support to maintain momentum toward their goals and balance in their lives.

Dawn holds her Masters Degree in Human Development & Cognition and received her professional coach certification and training from the highly acclaimed Coaches Training Institute, as well as graduating from CTI’s intensive Leadership Development program. Dawn is a certified Team Diagnostic™ Assessment Facilitator and Coach through Team Coaching International. She has also received specialized training in Entrepreneur/Small Business Coaching and Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching. Dawn is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington and Seattle Pacific University. She is a former classroom teacher and founder of a reading clinic for students with dyslexia.

Dawn is President of Synergist Coaching which specializes in Leadership & Team Development Coaching and Social/Emotional Intelligence training.
