Certified Professional Co-Active Coach Norma Dompier is President and Founder of RedBike International. She is a Business & Internet Innovationist and a leading industry expert in teaching companies the tools they need in order to create and integrate new ideas into innovative business practices.
Based out of Gig Harbor, Washington, Norma specializes in coaching and consulting highly motivated businesses, executives and teams to successfully develop and incorporate a positive, productive and collaborative culture. Norma is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Administration, and has Human Resource Certification from Portland State. She received her professional coach training and certification through The Coaches Training Institute and is a graduate of their intensive Leadership Development program. Norma is a certified and licensed Team Diagnostic™ Assessment Facilitator and Coach and Bigger Game™ Trainer . She has also received specialized training in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching, website design & development and social media development. Her memberships include the World Trade Center Tacoma, Transportation Club of Tacoma, Puget Sound Coaches Association, International Coach Federation, Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce and the National Harley Owner’s Group™.
